awsome fight. when rich gets rocked for the last time he clinches machida. lyoto uses his suno and just pushes him off. franklin rocked,stumbled… the look on rich franklins face is price less.
since when does bruce buffer do shit for other promotions other then ufc… and what promotion is this does anyone know
it just depends, rings usually favor strikers while cages seem to favor wrestlers. i personally like both.
there is no particular style that works the best in MMA..its who can use their style to the best of its potential while also being able to stop the counter attack..the ufc is pretty much a chess match between pro fighters
@guitbox9 oh i know, my father is 50 hes been training for the last 20 years but he does it for the workout not to fight..i never seen an amateur fight in a ring, i think it limits their movement and strategic take downs..i could be wrong. do you like the ropes??
haha, most organizations used ropes. There is more MMA than just pride and ufc.

I love when karatekas shake arms with boxers coz I hate when they always fight in comment boards. They are both nice sports allthough I do karate I have nothing personal with boxers.
they need to get rid of the ropes, MMA has to be done in a cage…pride merged with the ufc, was pride the only association to use the ropes in a MMA match??
